It is an online compliance resource containing New Hampshire-specific content and relevant federal provisions that is accurate, concise and detailed on a wide range of topics and issues.
Each topic contains easy-to-read compliance summaries, checklists, direct links to laws and regulations, links to NCUA and the New Hampshire Banking Department, frequently asked questions, and links to additional important resources including CUNA's on-line compliance resource, " E-Guide".
Visit the site often, as the number of topics and information posted will be updated and expanded over time. Use the search function to find out about other state laws and regulations. For example, if your credit union needs to know the law on repossessions in Texas, search the Texas laws to find the law and details on repossessions.
InfoSight is brought to credit unions as a dues supported resource of the New Hampshire Credit Union League and its partners in this effort. InfoSight is password protected and is only available to New Hampshire affiliated credit unions.

Credit union staff will be asked to create a User ID and Password upon the user’s first visit and before a user will be able to read any of the available topics.
