Welcome to your Cooperative Credit Union Association - New Hampshire InfoSight.

InfoSight is your first stop when searching for compliance answers. Think of it as an online compliance manual at your fingertips, containing federal and New Hampshire-specific content that is accurate, concise and detailed on a wide range of topics and issues.

There are easy-to-read compliance summaries, checklists for compliance, direct links to laws and regulations, frequently asked questions, and links to additional important resources including CUNA's on-line compliance resource "E-Guide."

  • June 2016 - Servicemembers (and Dependent) Consumer Lending: Summary

    In order to provide credit unions with resources to comply with the changes to the Military Lending Act (compliance required on October 3, 2016) we have updated the Servicemembers (and Dependent) Consumer Lending page in InfoSight.  The Additional Resources section has also been updated to include the resources published by CUNA on this topic.

  • June 2016 - New Topic!  FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool

    In June 2015, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) launched their Cybersecurity Assessment Tool to help institutions identify their risks and assess their cybersecurity preparedness. This topic provides an overview of the components of the new tool, a link to the tool itself and some additional links to resources from the NCUA. This new topic has been pushed out to all InfoSight implementations in the Security Channel.

  • June 2016 - Elder Financial Exploitation: Summary

    This topic was updated to include information about state laws and a link to The U.S Department of Health and Human Services’ list of laws related to elder abuse.

Are You Just Getting Started in InfoSight?
Credit union staff will be asked to create a User ID and Password upon the user’s first visit and before a user will be able to read any of the available topics.
  • First time users click here to "Request an Account". Once your request for a User ID and Password has been submitted, League staff will review the request and will generate a reply email to confirm the approval of your User ID and Password.
  • Returning users click here to "Log In" or navigate to any topic and a login screen will be available.
